Lovify respects the intellectual property rights of artists, songwriters, publishers, copyright owners, and other rights holders.

If you believe content available on Lovify infringes your rights, you may submit a takedown request using the process described below.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative, please provide the following information:

• Your full name and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The URL or location of the content being reported.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Review Process

Upon receiving a complaint, Lovify may:

• Review the reported content.
• Request additional information.
• Temporarily disable access to content.
• Remove content from the platform.
• Suspend or terminate artist accounts when appropriate.

Lovify reserves the right to take action in good faith to protect rights holders and comply with applicable laws.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your name and contact information.
• Identification of the removed content.
• An explanation of why the removal was incorrect.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Lovify may review the counter-notification and determine whether content should be restored.

Cover Song Performances

Lovify allows approved artists to upload cover-song recordings.

Artists are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright laws, licensing requirements, publishing rights, and other legal obligations associated with uploaded content.

Review or approval by Lovify does not constitute legal verification of ownership, licensing status, or copyright compliance.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Lovify may suspend or permanently terminate artists who repeatedly:

• Upload infringing content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Receive multiple valid takedown notices.
• Create significant legal risk for the platform.

Misrepresentation

Submitting knowingly false infringement claims or counter-notifications may result in legal liability.

All notices should be submitted truthfully and in good faith.
